Caloriq is an AI-powered meal tracker that helps you log food, estimate nutrition, set goals, track progress, and access meal planning tools. Features may include Meal Scan (AI photo analysis), Voice Log, Barcode Scan, food search, water and exercise logging, reminders, and Premium meal planning. Features may vary by plan, platform, and region.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service lawfully and for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Caloriq offers free features and paid (“Premium”) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Prices, billing cycles, and available plans are shown in the app and may vary by region and storefront.

• Premium may include personalized meal planning, per-meal calorie and macro goals, AI meal suggestions, Premium recipes, and related tools.
• Billing terms, renewal periods, and cancellation options are shown at purchase and managed through your app store account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, not directly by Caloriq.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload photos, audio, or content you do not have the right to process or share
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Circumvent usage limits, paywalls, or security measures
• Misrepresent AI estimates as medical or professional advice

Caloriq uses automated and AI-assisted tools to identify foods and estimate calories and macros from photos, voice, barcodes, and searches. Results may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all estimates before relying on them.

The Service does not provide medical, dietary, or clinical advice. Meal plans, calorie targets, and progress insights are informational only. Consult a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional before making health decisions, especially if you have a medical condition, food allergy, or special dietary need.

You retain ownership of meal photos, voice inputs, logs, and profile data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Caloriq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as needed to use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses risk to the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALORIQ AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified through the app or website. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence or the jurisdiction where Caloriq is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
